Delta flight attendant interviews

Thats exactly what I want to do is to see the world. Plus I love working around people too. Definetely a people person here with a strong hospitality background....

Ok to all that applied with Delta and was invited to the face to face interview. I just called and asked the timeframe and the recruiter was unsure. But, the recruiter made it certain that I (we) will be contacted. I called back and asked if there was a problem with calling to check the status for flying to Atlanta and she explained that she understood my position and asked me if I was excited? and said I could call as much as I like. But with being reassured that I will get a call I will wait to receive the call. I can bet the mark each time they call and listen to your personality over the phone each time. I could be wrong but hey I hope this helps you all.

Cool I will do the same.....we may be classmates. We may fly up the same day too. Man this is a better network of folk than I had at CAL we will probably go there as friends.

No, not yet. I am still waiting for my call from them. I put my application in on 11/2 and thats as far as I have gotten. Nothing else.... No email, or assessment or anything like that. I was pretty much told the same thing though, that I will in fact get a call. Someone within the company recommended me for the position and they told me today that they have to contact that person before they can begin my application process....

Agreed! We are all in the same boat -- I especially want in on that Jan class.... I have a ton of stuff going on in January with my job and if I get this job and will be in ATL in Jan, life will be really good.

No, actually it was my former supervisor when I worked for them. I wasn't in flight with them in the past. I do know one of the inflight field service managers though and he's trying to put in a good word too! Every bit helps! I hope all of us make it...

nope , i already when through the whole process , at my last phone interview they told me they will contact me ...but nada yet......just waiting to see if i am good enough for them to have a face to face , its so annoying

I don't think they've scheduled anyone for a face to face yet. I'm completely fine with it too...if it means I can make the Jan 7 class, they can take all the time they want. So you sent your resumee and everything in...and you havent even been through the first set of questions yet?

I feel the same way too about the Jan 7 class! Yep, resume and the application is all filled out and I have my reference number and keep logging on to check to see if there is a date set and.... nothing. The only questions I was asked was about if I am willing to serve pork/beef/fish and serve alcoholic beverages, etc...

LOL - I stayed up a few extra minutes because I kept getting email updates on this forum so wanted to check! LOL! I love DL too, my family has always flown DL all their lives and now I have become attached! I worked for them on the ground, got something (I thought was better) and now I want to go back with them... Really the best company I worked for yet -- and had the most fun while working!

Just some FYI for y'all... I called the 800 number again today and they told me my application is stil on file and whoever has not yet received a call, WILL. You will not be 'tossed aside'. Also, I talked to one of my good friends who I used to work with when I worked for DL and he is now inflight... He asked his supervisor about the current hiring process and they told him to tell me that the process is long and to be patient and keep your fingers crossed! Just thought I would throw that out there for everyone... I know it is very frustrating because we all just want to know!!!!

How about for people who are waiting to see if they made it for a face interview like me ??? just in case i already when through the whole process , had my 2nd and final phone interview last thursday and i want to know whats up , many people got told after their phone interviews they made it for a face a face but not me ...............

Don't know Ryan... I was only told that everyone will be called once they apply. They also told me that no one has been given a face to face date yet, but I am not sure if that is true from what I have read on these forums...??

From what I know...nobody has been given a face to face date yet. I'm fine with that because that means they're not interviewing people face to face now and giving them their training dates. We're all still in the running for the Jan 7 class! That's how Im looking at it. I can wait.

I had two phone interviews with Delta also and I certainly remember the recruiter said " Congratulations on passing the second step in the interview process please go online and fill out the online application and I was given a password and I went in filled it out and that was it. Now as she told me I am just watchin out for the E-mail scheduling me in for the face to face interview in Atlanta.

One of my fellow F/A friends who also applied said there was a period of time where the system wasn't working properly and his application wasn't recieved. He had to redo it so that his entire application/resumee could be final. Double check!!!
