Please let me know when you can, Thank You! When you say fly to Florida for a training class....do you mean that you are "paying" for a flight attendant course? If so...do NOT pay for a course. All airlines have their own training programs. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Concentrate on getting hired by an airline, They will then send you through their own training course, which could last anywhere from 3 to 8 weeks. Apply for as many airlines as you can...go through the interview process...and NEVER give up...you could get lucky on your first interview or it could take numerous/countless interviews! If I'm still in the Feb 7th class that's ok - I met some great people at the interview that will be in that class. Business attire with guidelines (collared shirts, etc)...packet contains company info/history, airport codes to study and aircraft information Lodging is provided and we get our own room! newcatt in Kingsville, Maryland 17 months ago	Good morning to all who are looking for some additional information. FYI - I was given my CJO on December 1st and I was did not receive my confirmation for training until December 20th. I spoke with Human Resources last week and they said that my packet wouldn't even be mailed out until this week, even though I start training the first week in February. As hard as it is, try to be a little patient as they are sorting through 15,000 applicants. I hope this helps you with your timeline. By your statement, you were insinuating that you are relieved to find out, you're "not" going to be in a class consisting of all older people! Why can't we just have mutual respect for one another, and not start the division by age stuff...wouldn't it be nice if we could be one big happy family, how exciting that could be......ahhh, the fun we could have!!!!!
