I have read with interest the posts of not being able to find work. I have the opposite problem. I cant find a qualified designer - we offer a very competitive salary and full benefits. Where do the best designers look for job opportunites? How do you find them?

Contact the American Institute of Floral Designers they are a group of some of the best floral Designers from all over the world and there goal is set a high standard for our industry. They also have groups in all states and have some of the best symposiums of the most talented people.

I WAS HEAD FLORIST IN 5 STARS HOTEL IN JORDAN, BEFOR I MOVED TO ERIE,PA,USA BY IMGREATION BUT NOW I CAN'T FIND JOB THAT I CAN USE MY SKILS, ERIE ITS SMALL CITY, SO I AM LOOKING TO FIND JOB ANY WHERE IN USA.

I would advise going to different [URL=flower-dictionary.com/index.html]flowers shops[/URL] in a place like new york city or chicago where there is a big need for designers and apply for as many positions as possible

I have a 20 years of experience in flower business... had 2 florists in Michigan, I want to relocate to a warmer state, I do have the knowledge and the talent to work with clients and make sure they get the best service the deserve, I hope this site will get me where I need to be in my future..
