I have been working in the food industry for fifteen plus years. I have management experience as well. I can go into any kitchen, learn operations,and perfect them in less than a month. There isn't anything i can't do or have the ability to learn. How do i get management to know this without them seeing me in action? There are so many jobs open in this area. What does it take to actually land a job around here. What are they looking for. Experience is knowledge, and knowledge is money!! Am i the only person that knows that?
