I think that a job position that is posted, should not only the job discription, and tasks listed,they should also have salary informatioin too,at least they should include the pay rate per hour.I think it's a ripoff, when the companies do not list that!!!! because... there are alot of experienced people out there, such as myself,I am a former dietary aide, and food service worker and I also have customer service and sales experience as well.. and job seekers should know everything about the job position inc.the salary info,WE..the job seekers,should know what we are worth!!!
