what lanes are good lanes to move freight. and what commodities are the easiest to get for agents just starting out.

I think the east coast still has the most to offer, however, it really depends on your trailer and time you want to be on the road.

I heard West Coast is the best if you can get the freight. Stay away from SE corner. Not much moving there - based on our actual trucking company!!

Produce is easy but produce brokers want it moved cheap …but coast to coast runs . Also lumber and food brokers but will beat you down on price
Along with the paper boys …a creative person could have 30 new customers by Monday just by having an e-mail in theses guys hands Monday morning .

Lanes , should not be a consideration at all if you have a customer with freight who cares what lane . If the carrier takes your freight it is up to him to get home .
