I am a retired owner of a small brokerage and trucking company. A few years back we were looking for a consultant to help with the growth of our business . I called a firm RLJ and Associates after several phone calls found him to be very knowledgeable about the fright business .

We talked about training and told him we did not have a program ..He told me he was working on a training program based on his years in the freight business and past of training real estate agent . That it would be a challenge to take a room full experienced agent and give them new ideas and methods. I found him to out of the box somewhat crazy and challenges you to think. But H e has the ability to get his point across something that most program in this industry lack . Most of the program is basic sales training and finding and keeping customers . But where would a business be without customers. ? He will make you a salesman first and a freight agent or broker later .

I suggest you take a look at his program ……..It is so much more than a book ………he will spend the time with you till your successful . Take a look at his website www.ixltraining.com .
