SALESMANSHIP …If you can sell you can make it in this business be a salesman first . Learn all you can about sales who your customer is where and how to find him. Be a student of ZIG Ziglar or other sales trainer read the book s listen to the tapes . Every time you get in the car use that as training time .Before you spend money on freight training . Learn the art of closing the sale. Understanding your customers needs and how you can serve him . Overcoming objections and the art of negation .

BE ABLE TO LEAD YOUR SHIPPERS AND CARRIERS TO THE DECISION YOU HAVE ALL READY MADE !

Understand customer services
What is Different between selling a service and a product
Know how to market and brand yourself
Know how to sell yourself
Avoid black holes

Most good sales people are interchangeable a top gun in Real Estate has the skills to move freight and visa veers ……TOP GUNS UNDERSTAND HOW TO MAKE THE SALE !!!!!!
