Do you have the right mindset ?

Only about 3% of the agents that start will be in this business 2 years from now. To be successes in the freight business or any business the first step is adopting the correct mindset.
Are you plagued by negative thoughts? Negative people around you ? You must ride yourself of the black holes that prevent your success . Get as far away from them as you can. Think positive thoughts focusing on what your goal is and how you are going to reach that goal . You need to believe in yourself and you will achieve it ! Every successful person will tell that the biggest part of being successful is the ability to visualize success before it happened .
Doubt is a killer and in itself can be the difference between success and failure .
We all have Fears ! We are all scared ! Get over it!
This is a new business you are creating - you are bound to come across problems . We both know that. But it's not the problems themselves you should worry about …it is how you react and respond to these problems that will determine if you are successful or fail.
Most people starting in this business are sold on the idea of making a lot of money rather than building a real business. We have all read the ads and websites make big money as a freight broker .Fact , being average salaries are in the 20,000 to 30,000 not the 150,000 as sometell you Yes, a few top guns do make 100,000 plus. But top guns are hard to find .

Is there anyway you can help me to start my career as a broker agent. Right now I am a salesman for a brokerage company and all they want me to do is to keep bringing client and from there they will broker out. The problem here is that I feel that they are taking my clients. It doesnt matter if I have to pay you but, I would like some coaching or some kind of a mentol. Is there any posibility that you can help me. Thanks
