The Freight Trainer in New Holland, Illinois said: 30% commission. Jamie the worst you can do with any brokerage is starting off at 50% commission do not call this guy. You do not even have to have a book of business and you get 50% walking in the door.

Please contact me via Email inreguards to becoming and agent with you are in company that is interested in new commers.

Can someone please call me about entering the logistics field?! Ideally, I'd like to be a freight broker. However, I have a BA in Human Resource Mgmt as well as Sales/Business Development experience (mainly in Construction and Entertainment/Music) and would be willing to accept another position in the industry.

Please contact me if anyone knows of opportunity such as the aforementioned.

Thanking you,

Shana

I was seriously wondering if it is all as hard as you all are saying about getting work doing freight brokering? i'm a stay at home mom of 5 and was seriuosly thinking of taking a freight broker course online ,but if I'm not going to be able to get work doing it,I might as well look for different options. Please tell me the truth cause I can't really afford to make a mistake.
