GT Worldwide Logistics is expanding their geographical coverage by adding freight brokers and agents to work remote, either out of their own home or office. Commissions paid weekly at highly competitive rates. Prefer experienced brokers, but will train the right candidates (free or course, no scams here..) Our product mix includes Full Truckload, LTL, Over-Dimensional, Intermodal and Air Freight. Send resume or e-mail to ed.peterson@gtwli.com. |

Have been working with a small company out of south TX for the past 2 years as a dispatcher. Have never been an agent but I am the one that finds the loads for the trucks and keeps track of the drivers and deliveries. I have my own office and equipped with phone, fax, and pc. |

When you started being a dispatcher were you coming from a school or did you get on hands training. How easy was it for you to learn how to find loads and how to track drivers and deliveries. My husband is a truck driver and he wants to be able to find his own loads and drive when he wants to. He is already an owner operator. |

Have you made a decision on which way to go? There is alot of info that you can get for free to make a good decision on what company to go with and questions you need to ask. Been there and done all that. |

If you guys own the trucks, it should be very easy for you. The way we find the loads is by going through load boards. I used the boards for about 3 months and am now working with a little over 20 companies that we use now. |
