I am looking to get started in freight brokering, and I am unsure which way I should be going with getting started. I have books on the subject; I have looked up as much info online as I could; and I also have a school in mind to attend. If there is anyone with more inside knowledge they could lend on the right route to take I'd appreciate the help.

Do you have money to float the payables? If not then sign on to an established company as an agent. It can be a great way to start.
