NO MARTY IS NOT A FRAUD! She is the real deal!!! You learn so much with her. I am training with her now, and she didn't charge your first born, one arm and both legs! |

catadjuster911 in Spring, Texas said: Is CECE/Marty a fraud? I don’t understand what is wrong with the people in this forum. I have watched this forum from when Marty also known as CeCe way back when in 2007. I have read all that has been written about her and questions they have about wanting to work or not with her. I’m sure this is what this forum was intended for; I consider that positive action on the parts of many of you. But this Marty bashing is so uncalled for because with all I have read and I have read all of it nobody here can say one negative thing about what she is doing and yet; you continue to try to find one thing just one little ounce of trash on her. Why? To Akechia from SD you are to be commended for taking the time to come in here and defend her if you working with her right now “god and I know “you’re tired and far too busy to be spending time here. So let me stand next to you in Pittsburg; because I also trained with Marty in 2008, I have the utmost respect for her and can honestly say that if not for all her help, I would still be waiting tables and walking to work every day, so would anybody here want to ride in my 2009 Chrysler 300? So People one more time “she is the real deal!! Is it that really that difficult to believe that there are still people among us that genuinely just want to help? I have silently watched as this forum was told many times that she is indeed that real deal and still they keep dumpster diving? Does this forum honestly believe that if one of us were to find some dirt on Marty or her work or training it will cause you to be a better person today for it? Will it surely get you that dream job? Folks here’ should spend their time doing something productive. Write to her or anybody for training or help or whatever just get it done and stop wasting time. |

Thank you for writting back. With so much internet fraud it is necessary to ask questions. It is nice to know there r a few people left out there willing to help others. |

You know Rusty, the funny thing is, is that all these folks on here that has to say anything negative about her, don't even know her and has never trained with her. So how can they speak? It would be different if they can say that they trained with her and she ripped them off or they paid their arm and two legs and didn't learn anything. But they can't. That's just like having a "marriage counselor" who is single............................... it don't go together! Don't speak if you have not had any dealings with her!!!!!! |

Hope all are having as good of a day as I am. I just started my training with Angela and let me tell you all this girl knows her stuff! I have learned in one day more than I ever thought I would in a week. She is very informative, helpful in every way so far, and I am thrilled I found her! I will keep you posted my training sessions with her, but for now shes worth every second I spend with her and her rates are extremely reasonable! Sandi |

Please be very careful people there are many people out there wanting to discourage you and telling you to lie about your statics and logistics. Watch yourselves. I just got a very strange phone call from someone who never said she was a broker but did tell me I needed a fleet of trucks in order to be a broker. She never asked if I ever worked as an agent or what kind of experience I have in the freight moving industry. I have no idea who this person is or thinks she is but my caller ID showed she was calling for some insurance company. She also had nothing good to say about corporate America and could only put it down. So just be very careful who you talk with and what you say.

I have 15 years experience in the transportation industry as a driver and as part of management and dispatch. I lost my job back in March of 2008 due to my company downsizing and closing the location I worked at. I have since lost my home and had to move in with my wifes parents due to my wifes job not paying enough. I have also had serious medical issues and have a 3yo daughter with dwarfism and racked up heavy medical debt. I have put out 100's of resumes and had very few responders. The few interviews I have had, have been recently and they are all so worried about me not working in the last two years that they don't want to hire me. I am now even beginning to see job postings asking for unemployed workers not to apply. Thats my current situation.

Brian, I had a son who was growth hormone deficient, excuse the spelling and he got SSI until he was 18 and fully grown. Yes the hormone therapy worked for my son and was paid for by SSI and the US Army as my husband was active now retired. Check into SSI for your child and good luck! |

Hello! I have been following this board for some time now. Actually have been working in the field for almost a year. Something is weighing heavily on my heart and I feel the need to save people the same heartache I have experienced. Please, stay away from Marty/Cece or whatever name she is going by now. Her email addy is peddlersdock. I worked with her as a sub agent. Moved loads for her as well as did a lot of training new dispatchers for her. Also filled in for her whenever she needed to be out of the office....did the processing of paperwork for credit checks for the company, etc. The job was good and I totally enjoyed it....until it came time for her to pay. I got a few small payments around 100$ but that was nothing to what I am owed. There was always an excuse...the main one "I haven't been paid yet." That was a bold face lie.....I contacted the president of the company we worked for....he TOLD me that the company had paid all load orders and on time! So please, do NOT pay this person any money to have her teach you.....you will learn a bit about the business but since you will be working, she will keep your percentage of the money generated by your loads! Dont be taken in by this woman... please......you will lose in the end and it isn't worth it..... |

Beware these people who tell you not to go to school and not to pay anyone. They have ulterior motives. They usually are trying to recruit agents and exploit them. They want you to be an agent for them but the real money is in being a licensed broker yourself. Search google for "online freight broker training." There are programs for $199 and you can download them instantly. |

Good afternoon, I have been following this board for a while. I would like to be a Freight Broker. I have been an agent for my brother’s trucking company for the last 5 years, handling all his loads for each of his truckers. I would like to branch out on my own and become a freight broker. Not sure how to go about doing this. The classes are so expensive and I would like to know what’s most inexpensive way to go about becoming a Freight Broker and still learn all there is. Thanks on advance. |

I know how to deal with carriers I just need to know how to find shippers. I would like just to work for my family. Between all my brother in-laws, father and cousins there are around 14 truks. You gotta get the manufacturers directory in any state that you choose to get shippers from. This directory gives you all information about shippers and company contact info. It costs around $100 |

Hi everyone!! I received a call from Angela this morning concerning my previous post, I am going to clarify my previous post at this time. This person is not Angela. It is a person that signed a contract with me to perform a specific thing and I gave her money. It has been a learning experience, especially since I am one of the persons that take everyone at their word. That was the way that I was raised some 50 plus years ago. I thought that this person and I were becoming friends. This particular person has been on this forum in the past and the people that she took under her wings trusted her, worked and made some fairly decent money with her. However, after she entered into a contract with me she supposely had an accident and hit her head and was having a very difficult time recovering. However, when her loyal sub-agents tried to find out what hospital she was in (around her physical location and California), no hospital had any reference of her ever being admitted through an ER, doctor, etc. I turned this particular person over to a well known collection company, they sent out a person to talk with her and personally talked with them and she did not appear to have an injury was told by her that she just ran out of money when asked about payment. I was not the only one that lost money, but some of her loyal sub-agents also lost commissions that they earned, even though the trucking and brokerage company had paid this particular person for the loads. This particular person was very well liked and trusted. She would do whatever she could and would go the extra mile for any of her sub-agents. Before you enter in to or pay any money for training, ask for references, check out the references, do your research. There is a lot of people on this forum that will provide any one of us with the opportunity to learn this business, provide all of us with guidance. |

Hi everyone, I've recently stumbled on a freight agent job oppurtunity. It pretty much fell in my lap. I have no experience with this type of postition. Basicly my experience is in the food industry (waitress). I'm only 23 yrs old but I'm highly motivated to make alot of money. Cold calling, no problem, leads, great. I would just like to know what type of electronics I would need, like a computer of course (check), printer/fax machine, multi-line phone, a large map. I mean seriously what will I need to begin this journey? Does anyone have any advice please email me at vanna.s619@live.com |

Ive posted under a forum titled "Freight Broker FAQs". This may help some in here. I may need to update some information, but newbies will get some FREE info. (Also sick of scammers and bad info). We own trucks and a brokerage...So when I have to "call" on a load, its nice having people knowing whats going on. "Real brokers, can look at this at night =D Thanks |
