can i operate a freight brokerage business under someone else's auto transport licence and surety bond? Does the bond and licenese for the auto transport cover this area of logistics?

Meaning having another aspect of the business, that is, not just auto transport but also freight transport, and be the agent for the freight aspect? Also,I might set up my own business and I'm not really aware of the legalities involved, have any recommendations as to where I should educate myself on them? Another question. Is it possible to make 500,000 dollars a year in this business, after a few years of putting in long 12-13 hour days to create a large client base? Also, what training classes do you recommend for freight brokerage? Thanks.
