How do i become a game manager?

I've been playing games since i can remember and i've been on 6 pro-teams over the past 6 years not including the past 2. i have always wanted to become a GM for MMORPGs but i could never get a hold of people to talk to. i have bate tested from World of Warcraft to the newest Lord of the Rings online. i have bate tested over 9 MMORPGs and 10 other games. becoming a game manager is what ive alwas wanted to do. please can you give me any advise or piont me in the right direction or even give me a contact to whom i can talk to about getting started and what i need to do so.

WEll, if your under the age of 18, or not willing to move there... You cant. U have to be over the age of 18 and be willing enough to move to where they work. You basically join there company when u wanna be a game manager. But still, even though u get cool things, you are too busy all day answering tickets from peoples complaints all day to use them! (say my friends dad who used to work there). It's not as fun as it seems when u join, But when you do. You can appear in front of people with awesome armor and amaze them! Its fun but ur just so damn busy all day...
