Betty, you seem to have years of experience with some knowledge of the paperwork . This is a plus for you. I would make or have made a RESUME of every aspect of the Restaurant business , that you have knowledge of. Be it eqipment, or Registers, to P&L. Then I would go to Monster, hCareers, cte. You say you are willing to relocate, this is a plus. It sounds like you have been at least a Shift Manager in the field for a few years. Your next step might be to become a Co-Assist Manager.
