I am still looking into what I want to do, I cant waste time or money, so getting a job with an associates, and being able to work and get my bachelors would be perfect. Is that a possibility in this career?

I also would like to know the average salary for someone with an associates verses bachelors and masters.

You have to have at least a Masters degree to be a guidance counselor and to be state certified.
