Hi guys! I apologize in advance if this topic has been already bought up. I'm 18 and planning on going to either Paul Mitchell or Aveda in houston or dallas within the next two-ish years. I'm very confused to whether pursue a career in hair, esthetics or makeup. Although my passion lies mainly in makeup & skincare I DO want to choose the one that will make me the most money. I am also VERY confused on the salary of hair stylists and estheticians. I read that some hair stylists make only twenty thousand while others make six figures. How do I get a hair stylist job that will allow me to make six figures? And as for estheticians, I read that there are different kinds? Like I said, I would be attending Aveda so what kind of estethician would that make me?

Sorry for writing so much, I really hope that you guys can help me out. I'm very nervous for my future. Thank you!

if you go to cosmo school , you will be able to have a license to work with hair, makeup and skincare. don't waste your money going to pricey school , save it for your CE, after you finish it.
