Of course experience will change the starting wage. We offer major medical after 90 days. Grader operators also have access to a company pickup, a company phone as well as other benefits. Zack Baker in Watertown, New York 20 months ago	I am a high school graduate who is planning on attending a Heavy Equipment operating school to recieve necessary certification and liscensing to legally work.Right now i just want to get my name out there and see what employers are available to someone like me. With 2 years of gas and diesel mechanics as well as forestry/heavy equipment and a life time of racing breaking and fixing dirtbikes fourwheelers and tractors i know machinery. I have lived on a farm my whole life and did pretty much all of the equipment work i could around school. Weve built new barn additions, parlors, foundations sceptic etc i have a passion for playing in the dirt as and entrepenuer i am beggining my life am a hard worker, honest, and a farming background make me confident i could please any employer with the skills, knowledge and explerience i have gained throughout my life thus far.
