NCCER Certified. Experience required even though your certified and just got out of school.

I don't understand why everytime a find a job posting in my town they want experience in the field. It took me 9 months straight of training, including plenty of hands on to get my certificate. But despite all that work nobody wants to hire me. It just pisses me off because my eduaction is going to waste.

Yeah, I feel bad for you, really do.
My training was with ATS, heavy equipment, I just took their level 1 course, and not the level 2.. I made a mistake their. And anyways, in the same boat as far as not finding entry level positions.
