UPDATE!!!!! I finally found out what a louder is!!! Seems we now have a real live honest louder operator on my job. We got this kid last week, it was kinda a cool day so he opened up his cab. The radio was turned up all the way as he operated. I could hear it halfway across the job. We needed him to help push a stuck truck, but could not get him on the radio. So I walked over and threw dirt at him to get his attention to tell him what we needed. As I was pounding him with rock, well you know since I had to get off my dozer and walk up the hill to him (yea I pounded him hard for making me do that!!), all i could think is I have met a real "louder" in person...
