I am new to Home Health. I am a Registered Nurse and have accepted a position with a home health agency. I will be supervising the aide, updating care plans, and making sure the clients are satisfied with services. What are some current challenges that a home health aide faces? What are some things that a supervisor could do to improve client care? Any information or input would be appreciated. Home Health Aides do the actual client care so I want their opinion. Please reply if you have any information that you feel may help me to make a positive impact in this new position. Thanks so much!
