Hi, I am a second semester nursing student.... and job less and broke :O) I heard that being a second semester nursing student qualifies me to do CNA work during school, until I graduate, to get some extra money.

I have a two year degree as a Medical Assistant and found no jobs in my area. I was told that I would have to take the CNA class and get certifide through the State of Michigan, before I could work in a nursing home and most privet home care.
