Talented Young HR Professional in Spring Grove, Illinois

Hi,

I am in search of an advanced early career position in Human Resources.

I graduated recently with a Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from The University of Illinois, but am not having much luck in breaking through to receive full-time employment. I have had experience as an HR Assistant with Hewitt Associates, and most recently I interned with Cummins Inc. as a Generalist in one of their unionized manufacturing plants.

I live in the Northern Illinois area, but would be willing to relocate for a great opportunity.

If I sound like a good fit for a position that anyone knows of, then please let me know.

Have you been able to find a job with your degree? I was thinking about doing the Masters program at Illinois and their website shows great stats? Any feedback on their job placement?
