Hi.
I am dong my masters in HR and I am in a mid of designing a simulation process of Recruitment and Selection for the position of HR generalist. The question that is troubling me right now is:
What is selection procedure for HR (Generalist)?
If any tests are conducted for the same?
What kind of questions are asked?

The only tests I have taken have been Microsoft Office, typing speed and ten key. The other areas they verify certification. Each company has been different in the HR Generalist Selection process. I like to use behavioral descriptors and depending on the company my have panel interview, or sequential one on one interviews with Manager, Director interviews with candidates. Let me know if you have anymore questions at rubenhernandez@satx.rr.com, I really like research so I would be happy to help.
