im 16 years old and im looking for an apprentice for any company that needs it. also for the bulletin the buisness is always cranking (especially in the summer) |

Well to start with if you are only sixteen, that could be a major cocearn for employers, most employers want their employees to be at least 18 years old. Also if you have not completed High school I would strongly suggest you graduate High School first and if you want to pusue a career in HVAC then go to a community college or Technical school, from there you can learn the basic knowlege you would need to start. Also MOST employers want to see education on the resume. On the other hand somone might could user some extra hands from time to time so maybe you could volenter to help like on weekends to gain some knowledge but You still need all the schooling you can get. It not only educates you but if gives you avenues to talk to others about employment oppertunities in the area as well as discussion of events in the area related to the industry. (trade shows, refrigeration updates,) etc |
