Hay there I have been in HVAC in the Sarasota area which is just south of Tampa. It has been my experiance that there are very few jobs here that last, Especialy with the economy the way it is here. also salerys are lower here. In the paper yesturday they said that this area has the worst unemployment in Florida #2 in fact. You may want to do some research or atlease have a good job set up befor comming. This state is a right to hire state which means employers do not need a reason to let you go.

The area is beautiful with plenty to do, and right now housing is at an all time low, with thousands of foreclosuers, so you probably could get a great home for very little.
