Being the wife of a HVAC Technician...my husband had 26 years tenure with a Power Plant that did a reduction in work force 10 years ago. He studied, acheived his licenses and has ended up working for 9 heating and air company's in the past 10 years. Alot of these companies high technicians during high seasons then lay them off. Also, when the company doesn't have contracts coming in they lay people off. It is not that the Technicans want to leave and go else where. We are living it first hand.

You had one job for two years, and one or two for at least a year. Looking at your job descriptions, you did some impressive work. As the woman above said about the layoffs, when you go on an interview, explain that. Be sure to spell out all words. When (if) I get free time, I will restructure your resume a little.

Thanks for clarifying this to many contractors or to those who dont understand , well put.
its easy to see the bad in things but it takes a great company to see past that.
most experienced companies learn this to hold true in the nature of the business, esp, spring and fall.
