He studied, acheived his licenses and has ended up working for 9 heating and air company's in the past 10 years. Alot of these companies high technicians during high seasons then lay them off. Also, when the company doesn't have contracts coming in they lay people off. It is not that the Technicans want to leave and go else where. We are living it first hand. |

You had one job for two years, and one or two for at least a year. Looking at your job descriptions, you did some impressive work. As the woman above said about the layoffs, when you go on an interview, explain that. Be sure to spell out all words. When (if) I get free time, I will restructure your resume a little. |

u see i dont see it the dates dont add up the first 2 jobs are not in the field and the others end at a time of yr that it is the hotest it looks like u left jobs for more money not for lay offs just my opinion on how it looks and now ur caught with out one most of the time companys dont lay off when it is the peak time in the season |
