I found a job posting for an 'Answering Service Operator' in Savannah, GA. I worked as an agent for Airtran Airways, evening shift, and it was not fun. Should I be comparing the two jobs. The job duties for this job is to answer other businesses' phones, including doc's offices, hvac companies, etc., and delivering the messages to the clients.
Anyone ever worked at a place like this? There seems to be a high turn over rate, which makes me think it may be stressful. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.
