I have worked in the insurance field for 15 yrs. for 2 different Co. after being somewhat successful I have come to the conclusion that both companies were more interested in their bottom line than my success. Even though they supplied me with marketing materials when a client had a claim their reluctence to provide them with an easy claim process was non existant causing a fair number of clients to cancel their policies due to the practice of making the client feel they were dishonest in representing their injuries. So after observing this practice I have determined that the companies bottom line was more important than servicing the clients needs. It's this fact that has caused me to leave the insurance feild,to find a career in a field that trully represents the needs of the client! |

They are concerned about their bottom line as you are concerned about supporting yourself and your family. You'd think companies would realize that the more successful you are the more successful they are. |
