I don't know how to take the next step in my career. Working for the past two years as a design assistant part time. I want to work as a jr. designer full time. Is cold calling an expectable way to get in touch with a firm? How do I find postings for jobs in the design/architecture world? The only place I have found luck is craigs list. What should I do next.
