I'm currently in this position and have been tracking the market for these Jobs in the Boston area and on the low-end you've got $105k plus bonus to the high-end of $130-$140k plus bonus.

The companies that pay more - often private mid-size to large companies. VC funded startups tend to be on the low end.

Key Skills (in addition to J2EE) - Ajax, Web Services/SOA, Oracle, Spring
also some Architect jobs in addition to having quite a bit of development rolled in also expect you to be a project manager which is asking for you to wear quite a few hats.
