Manual Stripping 637 sq ft?

Greetings all.
I want to throw my hat in the strip/wax ring.
I want to s/w a room that is 637 sf.
Customer wants it done every quarter.
I am hesitant to buy a machine, as job is $286 per, and the location is on a second floor with only a tight stairway access.
Can a small area such as this be stripped w/o a machine?
I have searched web and only found stripping info using machinery.

Can it be done.... Yes it will come out very uneven depending how soiled it is I would not recommend doing it without a machine unless it's a small bathroom or somerhing

Well you better get a small electrical stripper(17 inch or 18 inch disk) at a tools renting place and put a 3m agressive stripping pad under it. Renting a machine like that will cost you 25$ for the day so it won't break your budget
