Recruiting for Java Software Engineers

My company is always looking for excellent Java Software Engineers. We are located in Fulton, MD which is actually a very easy commute from either DC or Baltimore metropolitan areas. I'm working on getting the word out there since no one seems to know where Fulton is. Are there any good local Java developer groups that I should include in my search for talent?
