Do some companies pay a lot more for this position than others? What does a top earner make in this field?

What skills should you learn to increase your salary?

HOSPITALS GENERALLY PAY FAIRLY WELL IN THE CORDELE GA AREA.
HOWEVER, CRISP REG HOSPITAL DOES NOT PAY THE FULL TIME EMPLOYEES WHAT THE COMPETIVE PAY IS FOR THE MIDDLE GA AREA.

It can range anywhere from $29,000 a year to $70,000 a year -just depends on what kind of lab tech you are, your experience, and education. You tend to get more for a Bachelor's degree. This chart on lab tech jobs and salaries at www.labtechcareer.com/training-education/technician-overview-on-jobs-salaries-education/ gives you the outline of what education you need and the kind of money you can make as a lab tech.
