Leasing agent duties

Help!!! I am a great leasing agent. I have lots of appointments set for showing apartments. On my days off other agents are taking them and taking credit for my people.
What should I do?

you should write yor name on the paperwork as the leasing agent who served them. keep an organized file cabinet with your applications in it. let everyone in the office know that these are your prospects, and if you could give me a hand on the day they come in, id appreciate it. tell them you have the paperwork already filled out for them. all left is to move them in. remember this is about team work for the company. so co workers should respect that alone!
