I think mobile leasing agents will become an industry in of itself within 5 years. Lease management, or more specifically, the life cycle of the lease, resident customer service, and of course, rent roll. In addition to the changing technologies, social networking has an increasing impact to marketing and prospecting.

Our company banks on the power of mobile lease agents. I foresee a near future where mobile lease agents are completing guest cards and even pay application fees at malls or large shopping center.
