I am currently a real estate agent and 26,000 is not enought to live on unless I would live rent free on property...

I'm currently a real estate agent as well, and $26,000.00 + $1,365.00 Monthly ($42,380.00 actual annual income) is enough for me to live on with employee reduced rent, and making a nice part-time income in real estate. Just gotta work hard, and delegate your time well, it's definitely possible.
