New Paralegal Student in Lewiston, Idaho

I have hear from a few people that a paralegal is under paid and stressful job. I am going to college to get my four year degree as a paralegal.. And i need advice. So I am wonder how hirable are Paralegals? On average what is the salary? and over all is it a good job?
Should I continue to go to school to be a Paralegal?
