Hello all I am new here :wave: I have a difficult person who is regularly disruptive - what are the best stratergies for dealing with people like that? Thanks in advance

Violence in the library is often the best solution. I advocate finding the biggest book you can and beat him/her into submission. HTH |

Disruptive people thrive on the irritation they cause other people. besides which, it's fun to thwart them and to just be as darn helpful and *perky* as you can stand, especially if they are in a foul mood... of course you should "call" them on any bad language, but again in perky mode, "now, now, you mustn't use language like that in the LIBRARY!
