I just moved to Seattle from north Carolina and there i worked at a five star five diamond restaurant/hotel for five years. Ive applied at some of the better restaurant in the city but cant get any call backs. Is it that the ppl of Seattle only want to hire those who have worked here on something. I cant even get a stage at these places to prove what i can do in the kitchen....anyone have any advice to share; what am I not doing right here.
