You must have 2 years experience in a mortgage sales capacity to come aboard with Carteret. All fully self sufficient LO's that are looking for a bigger check or maybe more freedom please don't hesitate to call or shoot me over your resume. Here are some of the things we offer:

70% straight commission
75% commission after you make 100k
W’2 income (9% - 11% payroll taxes paid by Carteret)
