How did you get your start doing loan officer work, and what career moves did you make to get to your current position?

Do you need a particular educational background?

Started at a large corporate bank in an entry level position. Customer Service and Sales Rep. Did alot with the deposit side and some small consumer loans. Put a yr in at that position and now doing ag loans. Typically just a business admin. degree but anything with a focus in finacials is a bonus.
