the best way to make money is on commission. In order for this to work for you, you need to be familiar with the entire loan process. Know how to read a rate sheet, process a loan, loan programs, etc. If you a new, my advice is to start small until you learn, get with a company willing to train. learn all you can, then go and work on commission...get your own leads via referral or buy them. Don't think salary...that's thinking too small for this job.
