...........Just Graduated From LPN Program but have not taken my NCLEX Board exam and i want to work a little ....... I learnt there are Hospitals or Nursing Homes that employe new student for 3 months before u get your NCLEX License, while you try to get the NCLEX License within the 3months period Youre given, (they called it temporary license or something)......... Can anybody explain this too me better. If you know.

just wondering if you found a jobs, i graduated a month ago with my lpn and having a difficult job finding employment w/o experience
