Hello I am a LPN for 27yrs and a recovering addict,have been clean & sober for 6yrs. In the last 2yrs.I have applied everywhere from hosp to LTF within a 55 mile radius & no one will take a chance with me even though I have no restrictions on my lic,I even offered to work in a CNA position to build trust.Have a son in college & just looking for 2-3 days per wk.I have learned that the medical field is not very forgiving,as for now I am working @ walmart because some money is better than no money & I am determined to help my son make it through college his dream is to teach (3rd. year @ NIU).I know I put myself in this position but I have done everything to make it right but still no job but I remain HOPEFUL.
