Management training is great, keep in mind most jobs are created through friendships.
My advice, to the young and old, is to create those friendships. Then create winning ideas for a company to become more successful. Remember to bring optimistic concepts and not just point out what is wrong instead let people know what is great about the company and how it can improve revenue.
As far as training, think strategic, go to an HR certification class, which can help anyone, also think about the basics, an EXCEL class will help you doing management reports and think about taking a report and documentation class as well.
