Hey.

My friend is a chiropractor and he was recently looking for therapists. He debated hiring one full time therapist to keep on staff, but instead worked out a deal with 3 local therapists that come on call. I highly recommend if you do find some local therapists to partner up with - have at least 3. I know he still runs into issues of them not being able to come to appointments when needed. I am working on building a network of "Last Minute Therapists" for situations such as yours. i will keep you posted ..
