Rob from CA writes: "How many have taken the time to write down their 30 second "elevator speech" describing the work they do? That would be a thread I would like to see. I am all about "setting the world straight, one person at a time." That is my intended multiple entendre mission statement on my business card. I am about breath and posture. Inherent to my work is pain relief and improved ROM." Awesome idea for a thread! Here we go... |

It's not the what one does, it is the why? Posture is key to most anything. Rolf was an incredible genius way ahead of her time. I believe the Rolf/Structural Integration communities have moved astray of the Rolf philosophies and theories. Googling 'forward head' will lead to a bunch of sites which whether true or not, give reason to at least try to help a client with that condition to get their head back over their shoulders in an anatomically correct positioning. Incoming client...much more later. The Rev |

PS..With the Amta on the move to create a Body of Knowledge for our work, www.mtbok.org/ , I like to look at my stuff as a box of knowledge, not a specialty. What's in your box of knowledge? The Rev |
