Has anyone gone to Allied Schools for the Medical Admin Assistant program and how was it? Does a certificate help or hurt?

I am looking to go to school at Allied Schools for a Medical Admin Assistant career. You arent upholding a degree just a certificate. Will this even help you or is it just a waste of time and money. Will I be able to find a job with this or does everyone want a degree and experience. I have no other medical exp. only CNA AND CPR certified. Is Allied Schools a good place to start?

Most places want experience and not a degree. Is this school accredited? If not then it is a waste of money.
